中文使用說明：

1贩纵、清掃管道內(nèi)的異物凭协，并保持管道內(nèi)的清潔。

2懒叛、檢查螺栓丸冕、螺母的連接松緊情況。

3薛窥、必須安裝皮帶罩胖烛，防止衣服和手等卷入皮帶和皮帶輪之間。

4诅迷、將管道上的閘閥全部打開佩番，否則風(fēng)機(jī)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，機(jī)器受損罢杉。

5趟畏、加入齒輪油，油面靜止于油標(biāo)中心位置（風(fēng)機(jī)出廠時(shí)滩租，不含齒輪油）赋秀。

6、檢查皮帶張力和皮帶輪偏正律想，風(fēng)機(jī)出廠時(shí)猎莲，已調(diào)整完好，請確認(rèn)在運(yùn)輸與安裝過程中有無松動霸碰。

7石阵、加注軸承潤滑脂，可用油槍加至油從壓蓋上的泄油孔泄出為止（風(fēng)機(jī)出廠時(shí)囱蕴，已含軸承潤滑脂）床少。

8、檢查電源的電壓和頻率：檢查電纜線的連接朋堪；從皮帶輪側(cè)看主動軸回轉(zhuǎn)方向?yàn)槟鏁r(shí)針。

9汪汰、用手轉(zhuǎn)動皮帶輪盹扮，確認(rèn)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動無異常時(shí)方可用電力啟動。

English：

1步盼、Clean up the foreign matters in the internal tubings and keep them clean.

2字拒、Inspect the connection tightness condition ofbolt and nut.

3、Must be installed a pulley cover to avoid the clothes and hands etc ， involved between belt and belt pulley.

4投嫂、Open all of the sluice valves in the tubing, or else the blower will be operated at an overload condition 捏章， the machine will damaged.

5、Add gear Oil 川梅， Oil level shall be still placed at the center Of Oil gauge (When leave the factory 疯兼， blower is not inclu 山 ng the gear Oil).

6、Inspect the belt tension and belt pulley offset. When leave the factory 贫途， blower is already be good adjusted 吧彪， SO please make sure that whether have any loosen dunng the transportaton and installation process.

7、Add beanng lubricating Oil, use Oil gun add the lubricating Oil until Oil is spilling from the SPIII PO on the gland (When leave the factory 丢早， blower is already be added the beanng lubricating Oil).

8姨裸、Inspect the voltage and frequency Of power; Inspect the connection Of cable wire; Look at the direction from the side Of pulley belt the rotating direction Of driving shaft is in a counter-clockwise direction.

9、Turn round the pulley belt by hand 怨酝， only ifconfirmed that no abnormal rotation, or else you can 傀缩， t Start up the blower by electricity.
